Two-Dimensional Position Sensitive Geiger Photodiode (PSGPD) Arrays

                                                    

Pixel fabricated in CMOS technology  for two- dimensional PSGPD arrays.  This pixel architecture is  recommended for low-cost, two-dimensional  charged particle detection. Four amplifiers in charge division configuration are used to readout the Geiger charge.
